Molding:
I have explained Molding for workshop students during DBRT FABLAB class.
While
teaching explained following important parts:
Make design in 123D software.
Make mold box (base) design to keep object
inside.
We have made Ganpati design.
How to start and use fab module software
How to use modela machine and adjust its
settings, bed settings, and Drill bit settings etc.
How to use 3 types of drill bit for different
cause. (1/32, 1/64 and 1/8)
Use of FABNET software for repairer the
object/design
And last give to job for printing.
