We have learnt vinyl cutter (Radium
cutter) machine for operating during the DBRT FABLAB class. Suhas sirs
introduced how to operate and work on vinyl cutter machin. It is very simple to
operate this machine.
We should have 2d design in PNG format.
We can use paint, inkscape, photoshop,
and coral draw software for making 2d design. But we have to save design in png
(output) format. A lot of people use coral draw for making design.
Machine operating:
As per paper size we should keep roller
on the white patti (marks) then we have to select role and enter. (Vinyl
dashboard)
We get distance (width) of two rollers,
means we can print between two roller points.
We should have use same software’s for vinyl
cutter as we used for modela machine.
